Why buy from PCSimple online?

At PCSimple, we don’t hold a lot of stock, so the bulk of our time is invested in customer service. Rather than worrying about the storage and control of piles of boxed goods, we can focus on what we do best: providing excellent service and follow-up care for our customers.

And despite the fact that our services are used all over the UK, we’re still supporting a lot of local businesses who have been a part of our company’s life from the outset.

How do I place an order?

Go to the PCSimple online shop and click SIGN IN. The first time you shop with us, you’ll need to make an account. Just follow the instructions on screen.

When you wish to make a purchase, click your item’s ADD TO BASKET button. When you’re ready to pay, click PROCEED TO CHECKOUT, where you’ll be asked for your payment details and delivery address. Delivery charges are calculated at this stage. After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email.

How do I change/cancel my order?

Sign in to your account at any time and follow the on-screen instructions. You can change or alter any order that has not yet been dispatched.

How do I change my delivery address?

Sign in to your account at any time and follow the on-screen instructions to edit your personal details. You’ll be able to see the status of your orders. If your goods have not yet been
dispatched, they’ll be sent to your new address.

What is the delivery charge?

The delivery charge is either £5.99 or £9.99, depending on the size and weight of your goods. For orders over the value of £500.00, there’s no delivery charge.
